As Dorchester Collection continues to evolve, so too must our employee magazine. We’re delighted to introduce the summer edition of Legends, formerly Stars magazine, where we celebrate employee achievements across Dorchester Collection: welcome to our Values Awards issue.

This moment is incredibly important. Our awards embody our culture, give us cause to celebrate employees, teams and their truly inspiring contributions, but they also remind us of what it means to be a part of an ongoing story: creating legendary memories and an enduring legacy.

We hope you’ll enjoy getting to know better the winners and highly commended teams and individuals from across Dorchester Collection in the issue. We’re sure you’ll find their dedication and drive as inspiring as we do.

Lastly, we would also like to celebrate the incredible success of the launch of The Lana, Dubai, in February. The cross-property, cross-country and cross-department collaboration that made this a reality was astounding. The positive global reverberations of the grand opening are a testament to all your hard work (and to the fact that every employee lives according to our DC values).
