As we reach the end of 2024, we would like to recognise the truly incredible work by employees at Dorchester Collection this year. The world has not been an easy place to live in and it served as a reminder that people, whether guests or colleagues, are at the heart of everything we do.

Our employee and guest-centric approach continues to set benchmarks for engagement ratings in the industry, reinforced and recognised by the outstanding awards we have received in the past year: new Michelin stars for Woven by Adam Smith at Coworth Park and Sushi Kanesaka at 45 Park Lane, and The Lana making the World’s 50 Best Hotels 2024 list, to name but a few achievements. Thank you to all colleagues for your efforts and dedication. And, of course, congratulations.

The work continues as we develop, tune and strengthen our ESG strategies. Our most valuable asset at Dorchester Collection is our people and we strive to support each and every one of you in your careers.
