Rooms and F&B management graduate Arne is the perfect ambassador for all that the Dorchester Collection stands for. He is always willing to go above and beyond for both team members and the guests.
Arne is excellent with new employees, has taken part in a variety of rotations, and has been extremely flexible in helping his colleagues across the F&B outlets, as well as in the rooms division in housekeeping and guest services. He is always willing to lend a hand when necessary and is the epitome of the talent Dorchester Collection searches for to secure its future. Arne says: “To have been given the opportunity to work for such a renowned brand and to be in such a beautiful country house hotel – I feel incredibly proud of all that I have achieved so far.”

APOLLINE BERRON
After an internship with the guest relations team, Apolline joined the ULP Programme. She described the rotation programme as “stepping through a looking glass”, from the guest experience to the housekeeping service. Faithful and committed to Dorchester Collection, Apolline is honest, trustworthy and has developed an excellent relationship with her buddy, mentor and manager. She strives to please the guests and consistently delivers a high level of service. Apolline has also proved she can handle difficult situations. She is highly valued by her colleagues for her team spirit, open-mindedness towards different cultures and professionalism, and Dorchester Collection believes that she is a future leader for the company.
MATTEO MARCONI
Matteo showcases natural talent in hospitality. He came to Hotel Eden through an internship in F&B Management, and from the beginning he was greatly motivated to learn and improve his skillset. Matteo is wise beyond his years and a natural leader, presenting a consistent example for other employees. He worked very hard during the programme to understand the operative side of all departments, and remains flexible and supportive in every circumstance, gaining the respect and appreciation of guests and colleagues alike. For example, he effortlessly took charge of a beverage station during a very important party and the hotel received many excellent comments from our guests. Bravo Matteo!
