Fifteen years after we established Dorchester Collection as a global luxury hotel management company, it is time for me to move to a new role as company president. Having assumed my new position this July, I will continue to work closely with the Board of Directors of Dorchester Collection to ensure that our incisive vision, deeply embedded culture, robust financial performance and the strategic growth of the company are maintained, while spearheading all development and renovation projects.

I couldn’t be more delighted that two of our most senior and long-standing executives, Helen Smith and Eugenio Pirri, are our new joint CEOs. The company will benefit from their distinct and ideal combined skillsets of strategic vision, guest and employee-centric focus and analytical decision making. Our Values of passion, personality, respect, working together and creativity will remain at the forefront of everything we do under their direction. Our future is secure as a leader in the ultra-luxury sector, with a dedication for excellence both in our hotels and in the care we give our people.
